Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to process, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfilment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 1-3 weeks after order fulfilment.  For International orders, please allow up to 2-8 weeks, depending on location.

 

Q: Why does shipping take so long?

A: Our products are one of a kind, not available in any high street store and are significantly lower priced than other competitors. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.  Please note that each webpage states the anticipated lead time for delivery of that product.

 

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.   Please then allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed and 3 days to be shipped out.  Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will be able to track the progress by clicking the tracking number seen in your order confirmation webpage or by clicking the link provided in your shipment confirmed email. 

 

Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?

A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product sometimes before the other.  We believe that you would rather receive your items as quickly as possible, so would not want to delay the entire order by waiting for 1 item 🤗

 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship to ver 200 countries worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

 

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!

 

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now Button" Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!  Please ensure all details are entered in English including delivery address.

 

Q: Do you accept refunds / exchanges ?

A: Yes, depending on circumstances.  Please review the returns policy for full; details
